• Deliver an exceptional training experience, including top-quality materials, effective business strategies, and individualized career coaching.
• Ensure each client is assigned to a career transition manager with a similar personality, so the client engages in the job search campaign.
• Provide training in, and access to resources that allow a new College Scholarship Coordinator to successfully master the business.
• Work with new College Scholarship Coordinators in the field as well as in the office, which greatly accelerates the learning process.
