We are looking for an additional team member to join us in Marriottsville, Maryland. Candidates must be a hard-working team players with record-keeping experience in Administration Software.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Using the system to complete daily trading operations, including (but not limited to) payrolls, participant loans and distributions
- Using the system to maintain balance forward plans (both quarterly and annual)
- Aiding in the setup/maintenance of System Web client portals
- Assisting in compliance work such as annual testing valuations
- Assisting with plan setup/conversions and document creation
Job Requirements
- Broad working knowledge of the Relius (FIS) Administration system on the trading platform
- 3+ years of industry experience in both recordkeeping and compliance
- Solid analytical, financial, time management, and problem resolution skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
