We are looking for an additional team member to join us in Marriottsville, Maryland.  Candidates must be a hard-working team players with record-keeping experience in Administration Software.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


  • Using the system to complete daily trading operations, including (but not limited to) payrolls, participant loans and distributions
  • Using the system to maintain balance forward plans (both quarterly and annual)
  • Aiding in the setup/maintenance of System Web client portals
  • Assisting in compliance work such as annual testing valuations
  • Assisting with plan setup/conversions and document creation

Job Requirements

  • Broad working knowledge of the Relius (FIS) Administration system on the trading platform
  • 3+ years of industry experience in both recordkeeping and compliance
  • Solid analytical, financial, time management, and problem resolution skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
